2 cups long grain white rice
4 chopped green onions
5-6 finely chopped garlic bulbs
2 red tomatoes, cut in fourths
1 - 1 1/2 T Knorr chicken bouillon flavor
2 T vegetable oil
1 tsp black pepper
4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Add rice and oil to a non stick rice pot. Turn flame onto medium and slowly stir rice to a golden brown. Turn off fire.

Add garlic, green onion and tomato. Stir.

In a measuring cup, add 2 cups water and chicken bouillon, stir. Place measuring cup into the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir again and add to rice pot. Add 2 more cups of water to pot. Add black pepper and stir. Cover pot with lid. Turn fire on to med-low for 20 minutes.

Fluff rice with a fork when done. Enjoy!
