2 cups bisquick
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sparkling water (or any clear carbonated drink)
1/4 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 450º

In a medium bowl, mix bisquick, sour cream and sparkling/carbonated water until combined.

Sprinkle board with a little bisquick, add the dough to the top of bisquick and form a ball, kneading a little. Pat the dough to about 1/2” thick. Add additional bisquick if needed to hold together in a ball.

Cut biscuits with a biscuit cutter or the top of a small jar. Flour rim before cutting.

Add 1/4 cup of melted butter to a 9x9 glass pan. Place biscuits in the pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 9 biscuits.
