6 large eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup flour
2 T oil
2 T milk
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in blender. Heat griddle til hot. Fry ¼ batter, flip and brown other side.
Opt: add 1 cup blueberry or diced bananas to batter.
