1 cup chopped onion
6 bacon slices, cooked and diced
¾ cup diced ham
3 cups frozen hash browns, warmed
9 large eggs
3 T milk
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp parsley
¼ tsp garlic powder
¾ salt
½ tsp pepper


OPTIONS: Cheese (1 cup shredded), feta, marinated artichoke hearts, frozen chopped spinach thawed, mushrooms, kidney beans,

Sauté onion. Put in greased 3L casserole or baking dish. Add bacon, ham and hash browns.
Beat remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour over top. Bake, uncovered at 400º for 45 minutes until set.
