¾ cup dried apricots, chopped
¾ cup dried cranberries
1 cup ww flour
¾ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup white sugar
¼ cup quick oats
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup walnt pieces
¾ cup slivered almonds, roasted and chopped
1¼ cups plain yogurt
¼ cup veggie oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp orange peel, grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put apricots and cranberries in bowl and pour boiling water over, soak 1 minutes and drain well.
2. In mixing bowl combine flours, sugars, oats, BS and salt. Add nuts. Whisk in yogurt with oil, eggs, vanilla and orange peel. Stir in dried fruit.
3. oven 350º. 11x7 inch pan greased. Bake 30-35 minutes. Makes 16 squares. Can wrap separately and freeze.
