2 cup of milk
¼ cup of melted butter
1 ½ cup of sugar
½ cup of Bisquick
4 beaten eggs
1 ½ t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Bisquick and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and butter. Add milk and beat 2-3 minutes. Pour into a buttered pie plate. Let stand for about 5 minutes and add 1 cup of coconut, stir. Bake at 325º for 40 minutes then bake 5 more minutes at 350º.
