4 large ripe bananas (slice and freeze) (if none frozen on hand - place in freezer for about 2 hours)

2 heaping tablespoons peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place the frozen banana slices and peanut butter to a high speed blender (you'll need a Vitamix, Blendtec or another high power blender) or a food processor. Puree until smooth and creamy.

Optional add ins: chocolate chips, chopped nuts, shredded or toasted coconut, maple syrup drizzle

This recipe doesn't sound nearly as incredible as it tastes. It is seriously rich with satisfying flavor. It's so good that we never add any additional toppings. Enjoy!
