2 T olive oil or butter
¾ cup leak (or 2 green onions)
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tsp flour
1 can 2% evaporated milk
1 can salmon or crab
4 oz smoked salmon, shredded
¼ chopped fresh dill
2 T lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon rind
12 oz linguine

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, sauté leek and garlic in butter until soft. Stir in flour stirring one minute. Gradually whisk in evaporated milk. Cook stirring 5 minutes until thickened. Add salmon, dill lemon and cook just until heated. Serve over pasta.
