2 lbs. ground beef
onions
6 squares frozen hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheese
salt and pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onions, drain if needed. Put in greased 9X13 pan. Top with frozen hash browns. Heat together milk, soups and cream cheese. Pour over top of hash browns. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Put back in oven and melt cheese to golden brown
