2.5 oz Bourbon
10 fresh mint leaves
1/2 T simple Syrup
Angostura Bitters

Directions:
Directions:
Put mint, simple syrup and 1 oz of the Bourbon in a julep glass and muddle. Add rest of Bourbon. Fill glass with crushed ice. Top with about 3 dashes of bitters and garnish with sprig of mint.
