2 oz Boubon
1 oz Sherry - your choice
6 strawberries
4 blackberries
10 mint leaves
1/2 T simple syrup
Powdered sygar

Directions:
Directions:
Place 10 mint leaves, the simple syrup and the sherry into a julep glass and muddle. Add the bourbon. Then add the fruit, slightly muddle and let infuse for a few minutes. Then add lots of ice and sprinkle top with powdered sugar. Garnish with mint sprig.
