1 cup chopped fresh onion
2 cups chopped fresh colored peppers
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
1 lb browned bulk sausage or sliced smoked sausage
1 can (14-15 oz) diced tomatoes
4 cups chicken stock
1 quart tomato juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
1 1/2 cups instant rice

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and peppers in butter or olive oil. Add sausage, tomatoes, chicken stock, tomato juice, spices and bring to a boil. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add rice and reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
