1 box of Uncle Ben’s Long Grain Wild Rice original
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup

1 soup can of water (add 2 cans of water for a more moist rice)
salt and pepper to taste
chicken breasts or tenders

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a greased 9x13- inch baking pan, mix the box of rice, both soups and the water. Salt and pepper the chicken to taste, and then place the chicken on top of the rice/soup mixture. Seal tightly with foil and bake at 350ºF for 2-1/2 hours. Don’t peek!
