Ingredients: 1 pre-made Graham Cracker Shell 8 oz Hershey Bar Chocolate broken into small pieces. 12 oz. Cool Whip Thawed

Directions:In the microwave in a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate. Don't let it burn, chocolate will sometimes burn before it loses it's shape. Set microwave to 1 minute and stir the chocolate, then microwave for 20 second intervals stirring in between. Sometimes there is just a little left to melt and the bowl is warm. The heat from the bowl will continue to melt the chocolate. Just stir every minute or so until it's smooth. Let the chocolate cool for about 5 minutes. Slowly add in the thawed cool whip to the chocolate. Take one spoonful of cool whip and add to the chocolate and stir well. Then add all of cool whip in to the chocolate and begin to stir slowly, more of a fold over rather than beating it to mix it in. Your goal is to still have the cool whip retain it's shape and not melt down. Place in the pie crust and chill well before serving, several hours or overnight. |
