Oven @400º

1½ lb fresh green beans, cut
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 lg onion, thinly sliced or
French's Crispy Fried Onions
½ c cream
½ c grated Swiss cheese
buttered breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil green beans 6-8 min, just covered.
Remove beans to shallow casserole dish,
reserving & reducing liquid to a few tbsps.

Add butter. Add flour. Cook to thicken.
Cover beans w/onion, pour sauce over.
Pour cream over sauce. Add Swiss cheese.
Stir to combine.
Sprinkle casserole w buttered breadcrumbs.
Bake 20-30 min until golden on top.
