210 grams (1 ½ cups) flour

Directions:
Quickly mix all the ingredients into a short-crust dough and refrigerate for one hour.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 centimeter (0.4 inch) before cutting into small pieces and forming crescent-shaped cookies.

Place the cookies on an ungreased baking tray and bake at 200°C (392°F) for around 10 minutes or until they turn a light brown color.

Mix confectioners sugar and vanilla sugar together, then toss the hot cookies in the mix. Store the cookies in a sealed tin. These cookies get better as they age.
