For Spaetzle Batter:
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 c. flour

For Browned Butter:
1 stick or more of butter
Melt in pan until brown, but not burned

Directions:
For Spaetzle batter: In a large bowl, combine eggs and milk, beat well; add salt and enough flour to make a fairly stiff batter. Beat this mixture until bubbles form. Run mixture through Spaetzle machine into boiling salted water. Boil for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain and pour Browned Butter over the noodles. Serve. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
