1lb Asparagus Spears
1/2 C Greek Yogurt
2T Chopped fresh Basil
1/2t Lemon Zest
2T Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4t Salt
1/4t Freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Snap off the touch ends of the asparagus
2. Cook asparagus in boiling water to cover - 2 minutes or until crisp tender; drain.
3. Combine yogurt, basil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.


I boiled the asparagus early - and left them in paper towels. At the last minute I heated up the water and just warmed the asparagus up before we served it.
