2 (16 oz.) containers sour cream
2 small cans of cream of chicken soup, (have also used cream of bacon)
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 (1 oz.) pkgs. Ranch Dressing mix
1 (32 oz.) bag frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 stick of butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Combine sour cream, cheese, cream of chicken and ranch mix. Stir in hash browns and mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Microwave butter and pour over potatoes. Bake uncovered for 45 to 60 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
