1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 onion, finely diced
1/3 cup tomato paste
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 pound ground beef
1 tsp. salt
Tortillas
Topping options lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper, salsa, cheese, sour cream, avocado.

Directions:
Heat oil over large skillet on medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until translucent about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and chili powder. Add ground beef, breaking up with a wooden spoon until cooked through. Add salt and stir to combine. Fill insides of heated tortillas (microwave if you wish) with meat mixture and toppings of choice.
