1 lb. cooked fettucine noodles
¼ cup butter
1 egg yolk (beaten)
¼ cup heavy cream
½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter until fluffy.
2. Add the egg yolk and cream (beat while adding.
3. Add the cheese 1 tablespoon at a time while still beating.
4. Add mixture to the noodles (while still hot) and serve immediately.
