1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 can Hershey syrup
1 9 oz. tub Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Crush all the Oreo cookies and set aside 1 cup for later.

Melt the butter and mix with the remaining Oreo cookies and press into a 9x13" pan. Freeze until hard.

Soften the ice cream so it spreads easily over the Oreo crust.

Pour 3/4 can of Hershey's syrup over the ice cream and carefully spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with the 1 cup of Oreos and freeze again.

You can use any flavor of ice cream. We like to use mint chip for St. Patrick's Day and candy cane at Christmas.
