12 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 # cooked hamburger
1 24 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 16 oz. tub of ricotta cheese
1 large egg
1 tsp garlic powder
½ yellow onion, diced
3 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook hamburger until no longer pink. Drain the grease. Add garlic powder and onions to hamburger and mix well.

Cook noodles according to directions and drain.

Mix egg and ricotta cheese together. In a separate bowl, mix hamburger and 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce.

Lay noodles on flat surface and spread ricotta mixture on each noodle then spread hamburger over each noodle. Roll each noodle up, jellyroll style.

Spray 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray.

Spread 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the pan.

Place noodles, seam side down, in pan and cover with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes.
