Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Club Crackers
1 lb. thin-sliced bacon, or more, (depending on number of crackers)
grated Parmesan cheese, or you can use optional alternative - brown sugar instead of Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Lay crackers (as many as you want) face up on a cookie sheet. Scoop about 1 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese, or brown sugar, onto each cracker. Cut the package of bacon in half or cut pieces individually. Carefully wrap, so the cheese or brown sugar doesn’t fall off, each cracker in 1/2 piece of the bacon, completely covering the cracker. The bacon should fit snugly around the cracker. Place the bacon wrapped crackers on a baking sheet that has a rack on it. Bake at 250ºF for about 2 hours. Yield: 36 servings.
