3 eggs
about 2-3/4 cups flour

Directions:
Beat eggs well. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll thin, let dry, turning to dry on both sides. Roll up and cut in small strips, using a sharp knife. Spread loosely on baking sheet and freeze. Put in plastic bags and keep frozen until ready to use. Add to boiling chicken broth. Serves 4 to 6 people.
