1 Lb Ground Beef
Block Cheese of your choosing
Tim’s BBQ Seasoning©

Directions:
Directions:
Take ground beef and dump it in a bowl. With your hands, mix in some of Tim’s BBQ Seasoning to your liking.

Separate ground beef into 8 balls of equal sizes. Flatten out one ball to half desired burger thickness, then create a small well in the center. Take your cheese, cut off slices small enough to fit inside the well, and place them as desired. Take another ball of ground beef, and flatten it out over the first to cover the cheese. Repeat this for the rest of the ground beef. Grill to your desired “doneness” and enjoy
