Directions:
In a glass measuring cup, add the water, the butter chunks, and the T. White sugar. Microwave until butter just melts. Add the yeast and set for 5 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the pudding. Add the warm milk, the salt and the pudding together, mix, add the egg, mix again until smooth and thick.
Add the two types of flour to the mixer, reserve about 1/2 C. Add in the yeast mixture and the pudding mixture. Using a dough hook began mixing together until a ball forms. You may need to add a little more flour as you go. Continue to mix until a ball forms. Knead for a couple of minutes then remove the bowl and cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise for about an hour.

Once dough is ready, roll out into a 1/4 inch rectangle sheet. Spread with the additional softened butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, then sprinkle on the brown sugar.

Roll up the dough jelly roll style and pull and shape the roll. Cut into 2” pieces.

At this point lay onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and freeze for about an hour. Once frozen, bag into serving sizes and place back into the freezer.
When ready to use;
Remove the serving size, place in a buttered pan and place into the refrigerator and allow to thaw overnight. In the morning place the pan out and allow to rise for about an hour.

Bake at 345* for 10 and 10.

Mix together as much confectioners sugar as you need for the serving size with equal part softened butter. Add vanilla and milk to make a spreadable icing.
Frost and enjoy.
