Baked Feta and Chicken Pasta Recipe

10oz Cherry Tomatoes
8oz Block Feta
1/2c Olive Oil
4 cloves minced garlic
1/2tsp onion powder
8oz baked or grilled seasoned chicken, chopped
1lb favorite pasta
1c pasta water, reserved
1c baby spinach
1c shredded mozzarella cheese
Italian Seasoning
Dried Basil

In a 9x13 deep dish combine tomatoes, seasonings, olive oil and insert block feta to center of pan. Place in oven at 400 for 45 minutes.

Prepare 8oz of seasoned chicken separate from cheese and tomatoes, chop when cooked.

Prepare pasta and reserve 1c of water.

Pull cheese and tomatoes from oven and stir immediately. Make sure tomatoes are completely smashed and integrated. Add in 1c of spinach and 1c of chopped, cooked chicken. Top with 1c of shredded mozzarella and place back in oven for 15 minutes.
