1½ cups flour
1 tbsp. sugar
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
2 cups milk
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

Filling:
1 small package instant vanilla pudding
1 ½ cups milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix up the ingredients for the crepes. Cook up crepes in crepe pan. Batter will be thin. Makes about 30 crepes.

Filling:
Let cream cheese sit out on counter until room temperature. It will mix in easier. Mix the cream cheese with about half the milk first, then add pudding and rest of milk, mix well, add Cool Whip and mix. You can use a Bosch bread mixer with the wire whips. It can be tippled in Bosch bowl. Regular beaters work fine for sing batch.

Fill crepes with filling, roll up and put on dessert plate. Top with Carmel, strawberry, and chocolate syrup drizzled over the top, and canned whipping cream as a garnish. Fresh fruit if available is good drizzled over the crepe with whipping cream also. Use your imagination!
