1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. diced celery
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 lg. onion
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice soup
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. chow mein noodles
1 can mushrooms, not drained

Brown hamburger, onion & celery in 1 tbsp. shortening. Drain excess fat.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Serves 10
