24 vanilla wafers
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
2-8 z. packages of cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. lemon jice
1 tsp. vanilla
Wildness pie filling
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Line cupcake pan with paper liners. Put 1 vanilla wafer round side up in each liner. Combine sugar, eggs, cream cheese, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spoon on top of wafter, slightly less than ½ full. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Let cool. Remove cupcake papers. Top with pie filling which has been mixed with 1 tbsp. lemon juice per can. Refrigerate.
