Brown together:
1 ½ lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced

Add:
1 ½ c. picante sauce
1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce
2 med tomatoes, seeded & chopped
1 lg red pepper, diced
1 TB lime juice
1 ½ tsp salt
Simmer 15 minutes

12 corn tortillas

1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Lettuce - shredded (optional)
½ c. sliced ripe olives (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Line 6 tortillas on bottom of lightly greased 9 x13 pan and up the sides, overlapping. Top with half meat mixture, layer tortillas, spread with sour cream & rest of meat.

Bake 350° 30 min. Sprinkle with cheese. Let stand 10 min. Cut into squares.

Serve with lettuce.
