3 Unbaked Pie Shells
2½ c. Flour
1¾ c. Brown Sugar
4 tbsp. Butter, melted
2 Eggs
6 oz. Molasses
12 oz. Dark Karo (blue label)
2 c. Hot Water
2 tsp. Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour and brown sugar. Reserve 1½ c. for the tops.
In a bowl, mix together melted butter, eggs, molasses, Karo, hot water, baking soda and the remaining brown sugar/flour mixture. Mix well.
Pour into 3 unbaked pie shells. Sprinkle ½ c. of the reserved brown sugar/flour mixture on top of each pie shell. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or Ice Cream
