"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 c. Flour
3 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
1½ tsp. Baking Powder
shy ½ tsp. Salt
3 sticks Butter, room temp.
2¼ c. Brown Sugar
3 Eggs, beaten
3 c. Marshmallow Fluff
3 c. Milk Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line a ½ sheet tray with foil, leaving a 2 inch overhang on 2 sides, mist with cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt, mix well. In a large bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Beat in eggs until well combine. Reduce speed to low and slowly beat flour mixture into butter mixture. Divide dough, by pulling out about 2 -3 cups. Press remaining dough into prepared pan until dough is uniform and flat. (use the back side of a spatula, or a small rolling pin) Spread marshmallow fluff on top of dough. (wet your hands with water, it'll help) Sprinkle chips over marshmallow fluff. Scatter remaining 2-3 cups of dough over the top in clumps. Don't worry about covering the top; marshmallow and chips should peek through. Bake until golden brown, about 30-35 minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool completely. Remove from pan, peel off foil and cut into bars.
**I leave in pan and cut with a bench scraper/dough scraper.**
