4 c. Rhubarb
2 c. Sugar
1- 3 oz. Strawberry Jell-O
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 c. Mini Marshmallows
1 sm. pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 c. Milk
Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan mix together, rhubarb, sugar and Jell-O. Cook on medium heat for 12-16 minutes. Let cool 2 hours. Mix the milk and the vanilla pudding together, let firm up. Add in the cool whip and marshmallows. Combine pudding mixture to the cooled rhubarb mixture, mix together well. Refrigerate until serving time.
