8 Fresh Peaches, peeled, pitted & sliced into thin wedges
¼ c. Sugar
¼ c. Brown Sugar
¼ tsp. Cinnamon
⅛ tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tsp. Cornstarch

**Batter**
1 c. Flour
¼ c. Sugar
¼ c. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
6 tbsp. Butter, chilled & cut into small pieces
¼ c. Boiling Water

**Topping**
3 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 425º. In a large bowl, combine peaches, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice and cornstarch. Toss to coat evenly and pour into a 2 qt. baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Blend in butter with your finger tips, until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in water until just combined.
Remove peaches from oven, and drop spoonful's of batter over them. Sprinkle the entire cobbler with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake until topping is golden, about 30 minutes.
