Ingredients:  
1 ½ cup boiling water, pour over 1 cup oatmeal and let stand
2 cup brown sugar (reserve one cup for frosting)
1 cup white sugar
½ cup oil
2 eggs
1 ½ cup flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 cube butter
½ cup canned milk or cream
1 cup coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 cup brown sugar, white sugar, oil and 2 eggs. Add flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Then add the oatmeal, raisins and nuts. Mix well. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.

Frosting:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cube butter
½ cup canned milk or cream
1 cup coconut.
Mix well, spread on hot cake and put back in oven and let bubble until golden brown.
