2 cups chopped onion
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 cup parsley
1 TBLS ground sage
1/2 TSP pepper
1/2 TSP seasoning salt
16 oz dry bread crumbs
2 cups chicken broth

Sometimes I add sage sausage as well

Directions:
Directions:
melt butter in large skillet
add onions - sauté 7 minutes
add next 6 ingredients and cook 5 minutes
toss with bread crumbs
beat egg with chicken broth and add to mixture

shape into 2-3 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake uncovered at 375 for 22-25 minutes
