4 lb. Chicken Breast, cut into bite size pieces.
2 tbsp. Taco Seasoning
4 c. Salsa
4 c. Sour Cream
28 oz. Corn, frozen
Flour Tortillas
2 c. Mexican Style Shredded Cheese Blend

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet cook chicken thoroughly. Add taco seasoning, salsa, sour cream and frozen corn. Heat thoroughly. Take a large baking dish and lay tortilla shells on bottom. Spoon half of the mixture on top. Repeat layers. Top with shredded cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 400º for 40 minutes. Remove foil during the last 10 minutes.
