3 lb spareribs
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 c vinegar
1/2 c catsup
9 oz can pineapple, crushed and drained
1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, corn starch, salt and ginger and mix well. Add vinegar, catsup, drained pineapple and soy sauce. Mix until smooth and well blended. Cook and stir until slightly thickened. Pour over ribs in shallow pan. Cover. Bake in 300ºF oven for 2 hours. Brown last 15 minutes by removing cover.
