¼ c. + 2 tbsp. Oil
¾ c. Water
¾ stick Margarine (3 oz.)
1½ c. Sugar
1½ c. Flour
½ c. Cocoa Powder
½ c. Buttermilk (I add vinegar to regular milk)
1¼ tsp. Baking Soda
2 Egg
1½ tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Grease and flour a 9x13 cake pan. Preheat oven to 300º.
Bring oil, water and margarine to a boil. (watch it doesn't over flow) Then allow to cool a little. In mixer add sugar, and boiled mixture mixing well. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour with baking soda alternately with buttermilk. Mix a couple of minutes on medium speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Do Not Overbake!!!
