1 large onion, sliced
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1 chuck roast about 2½ lbs, fat trimmed off and cut into 2-inch pieces
½ Chili Sauce
¼ Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp (½ of 1-oz. pkg)Taco Seasoning mix (a little more if you like the flavoring)

The recipe calls for corn tortillas (6 inch), but I use flour.

1 cup fresh salsa






Any other topping you like - not too many to hide the good tastes.
I have sautéed red pepper and added that on that.
Avocado slices might be good.

-Place first 3 ingredients in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray or rubbed with
olive oil.
-Combine chili sauce, vinegar and taco seasoning mix. Spread on top beef, onion and
orange in slow cooker.
-Cook on low 8-9 hours (or on high 4-5 hours) (I always like low)
-After it's cooked, remove meat from slow cooker; strain remaining ingredients from
slow cooker reserving onion, oranges and 1 cup of the strained liquid.
-Shred meat with 2 forks (or fingers); place in a bowl.
-Add onions, oranges and reserved liquid; mix lightly.

-Warm tortillas wrapped in foil in oven.
-Top with meat mixture, salsa and anything else you'd like.
-Roll up and serve
