2 heads Romaine lettuce, cut up
3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 pkg. crumbled bleu cheese

4 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 c. vegetable oil
4 T. lemon juice
1 T. worchesterchire
1 c. croutons (Brownberry-Plain Toasted)
Directions:
Directions:
One night before, soak garlic in oil. Toss together
lettuce and cheeses. Pour garlic oil over and toss.
Drizzle over lemon juice and worchestershire. Add
croutons.
