8 oz crushed pineapple
sm coconut or vanilla instant pudding
8 oz cool whip/divided
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 cups coconut/divided
20 Golden Oreos
3 TBS butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup milk
maraschino cherries

Chill

Directions:
* crush butter & oreos in food processor or nut grinder.

* press mixture into bottom of 8 x 8 pan.

* in large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, 1/2 cool whip and drained pineapple.

* spread over cookie base.

* mix pudding & milk. Stir in 1 cup coconut.

* Pour over cream cheese mixture.

* top with additional coconut.

* garnish each piece with a cherry.
