Ingredients:
3 c. Lukewarm Water
¼ c. Sugar
1½ tbsp. Yeast
⅓ c. Oil
1 tbsp. Salt
6-7 c. Flour (may need closer to 8 c. depends on humidity)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar. Let set 10 minutes. Add the oil. Add in salt and 6 c. flour. Mix together. Knead until all ingredients are incorporated, and dough is smooth, elastic, very slightly sticky, and pulls away from the bowl (6-10 min.) As you knead you may add more flour as needed. Repeat the process until dough reaches the desired consistency. Cover the bowl of dough with a dish cloth or paper towel and let rise until doubled. Once risen, punch down and divide into 3 pieces. Knead on lightly floured surface 8-10 times. Place in greased bread pan, let rise. Bake at 350º 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool on wire rack.
