2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup Shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp Sugar
1 green chilli diced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup shredded coconut ( un sweeten or frozen)
salt to taste

Step 2:
Seasoning
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp black mustard seeds
1 dry red chilli diced

Step 1:
Mix all the ingredient's and set aside in the refrigerator for 10-15 mts

Step 2;
Heat the oil in a small pan add the mustard seeds and red chilli. Once splutter pour over the cabbage mix and serve.

Can use a mixture of purple and white cabbage. Can use blanched sprouted green dal instead of cabbage. Salad should be crunchy. Drain the salad before adding the seasoning.
