1 package (30oz) frozen shredded hash browns
1/2 C melted butter
1 Cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 Cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 Cups breakfast meat (sausage, bacon, and/or ham)
Veggies
10 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Dump bag of frozen hash browns into 9x13in pan. Melt a stick of butter and pour evenly over the potatoes. Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper. Use a spoon to gently toss together and then spread it out so that it is even. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes on tender and lightly browned on top. Remove from oven and reduced oven temperature to 350 degrees. Layer cheeses over potatoes. Layer the breakfast meat and any veggies you would like.

In a large bowl or stand mixer whisk together the eggs, cream, and spices. Beat well. Pour egg mixture evenly over top of the casserole making sure everything gets wet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. It is done when bubbly, when the edges start to brown, and when the center doesn't wiggle when you shake the pan.
