1 c. heavy cream
5 c. thawed frozen corn
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 T. minced chipotle in adobo
salt and pepper

Whisk together egg and cream, add all remaining ingredients, stir well. Pour into a buttered 1-quart baking dish. Bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes.
