7½ lb. Pork Butt
2½ c. Chicken Broth
¾ c. Oil
8 Limes, juiced
3 Poblano Chilies, small diced
10 cloves Garlic, minced
8 Bay Leaves

3 tbsp. Salt
3 tbsp. Cumin
1 tbsp. Oregano
1 tbsp. Onion Powder
1 tbsp. Paprika
1 tbsp. Black Pepper
1½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork in roaster. Add broth, oil, lime juice, chilies, garlic and cloves. Add bay leaves over top of all the meat. Combine all spices, spread evenly over all the meat. Cook at 300º until meat shreds apart. This will take several hours. Once thoroughly cooked, shred the pork in the juice. Serve on buns or tortillas.
