8 oz. Cream Cheese, room temp.
1½ c. Butter, room temp.
3 c. Sugar
6 Eggs
3 c. Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube or bundt pan.
In a large bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, two at a time, beating well with each addition. Add the flour all at once and mix in. Add vanilla. Pour into the pan and bake for 1 hour 20 minutes. Check with a toothpick around 1 hour to ensure you don't overcook.
